hp-archive: 行事予定ページのタイトルを「日程」に変更
- 傍聴に限らず出席する委員も想定し、タイトルを「審議会・市議会の日程も掲載」に
- 説明文を完結した文に整え、傍聴する方と委員の両方に使える旨を記載
- 構造化データと案内ページのリンクカードも同じ文言に統一
