flow.mdx: 課題欄が不要な場合の案内を、簡易版の利用に改める
課題欄を省いた簡易版を用意したので、「原本からその部分を省いていただければ足ります」という案内は実態と合わなくなっていた。簡易版を使うよう案内する形に直した。
