課題⑨（調査の長期化・報告や再調査の遅れ）のマーカーを、「調査組織による調査」から「調査結果を長等へ報告」の箱へ移した（既存の課題①の隣）。⑨の文面は報告・再調査を先に立て、⑥は⑨と重複していた「調査の長期化」を外して30日の目安と再調査の判断基準の話に整理した。
