Whisper文字起こしの解説ページを追加
旧サイトで人気だったWhisper文字起こし記事を新サイトに移植。
Google Drive + Colab を使った最新の手順に更新。
- src/content/docs/whisper-moji-okosi.mdx を新規作成
- サイドバーに「Whisper文字起こし」リンクを追加
