sanpi.mdx: 令和7年9月・令和7年3月・令和6年9月を追加
小平市サイトの賛否一覧PDFから、検算（PDFの賛成・反対の合計との突き合わせ）と原文PDFの目視で確認できた3定例会を追加した。これで6定例会・26議案になる。
令和7年3月は政和会の賛否が割れたため、議員ごとの列に分かれている。
長い件名が行の帯からあふれて欠けていた1件（令和7年9月の請願第16号）は、PDFの表記に合わせて補った。
