hp-archive: 行事予定ページのURLを設定ファイルに集約
- ページ移転時は src/data/schedule/config.ts とファイルの置き場所だけ変えればよい形にした
- canonical・構造化データ・イベントのURLが同じ設定を参照するよう変更
- アーカイブ専用の戻るリンクに、独立時に削除する旨の目印を追加
