Whisperページ: ファイル名を変更、自動化ツールとの比較を追記
- whisker-moji-okosi.mdx → whiskey-to-ai-moji-okoshi.mdx に改名
- 既存の自動化ツールやAPI連携との比較を :::note で追加
- 手動コピペ方式の手軽さ・実用性を説明
- astro.config.mjs のサイドバーリンクも更新
