custom.css: サイドバーのアイコンを刷新（実績・一般質問・ご支援・活動のツール）
- 実績: チェックが丸から大きく飛び出す形にした（はみ出しを長くして勢いを出した）
- 一般質問: 吹き出しから、丸付きの「？」に変更
- ご支援: ハートに光条を加えた（「丸から飛び出す」形はハートの形に合わなかった
ため、飛び出す勢いを光条で表した）
- 活動のツール: スライダーからハンマー（工具）に変更
- いずれも他と同じ線画（stroke）で描いている
