index.mdx ほか: 「一人会派と維新の会」の説明を追加
安竹と伊藤央議員は無所属（一人会派）で維新の会ではなく、維新の会は石津はるか議員であること、会派には議会運営上の権限・便宜がありおかしな制度だが現状では設けるほうが望ましいことを、ホーム・私の方針・メディア掲載・請願第19号の4か所に記載した。
