schedule: アーカイブから独立したページに移行
- /kodaira-data/hp-archive/schedule/ から /kodaira-data/schedule/ に移動
- サイドバーは「小平市のデータ」直下に配置
- 旧URLは .htaccess で301リダイレクト
- canonical・OGP・構造化データ・内部リンクを新URLに更新
- アーカイブへの戻るリンクを削除
