public/img/joutyo-koteikyu-eyecatch.webp: 元画像（白背景）に入れ替えてWebP化
これまでのは加工済みのファイル（透明部分が黒く塗られ、877→1440に拡大され、鉛筆が消えていた）。元のPNG（877×620・透明）を白背景に合成し、WebP品質95で保存した（181KB→74KB）。
