sanpi.mdx ほか: 議案の賛否一覧を再表示
試作のため非表示にしていた議案の賛否一覧を、再度表示するようにした。frontmatter の draft 指定を外し、サイドバーの「委員会・請願」の下に「議案の賛否一覧」のリンクを置いた。
