llms.txt ほか: AI向けファイルにライセンス条項を明記
llms.txt にライセンスの節を追加し、llms-full.txt のヘッダーにも、ライセンス（CC BY-ND 4.0）・出典・商用利用可・改変不可・簡易版のURL・無保証を入れた。
AIがサイト全体を取り込むときに、利用条件を把握できるようにするため。
