AGENTS.md更新 + /og/ に画像一覧ページを追加
- AGENTS.md: OGP画像生成、ソーシャル共有、見出しアンカーの項目を追記
- /og/ に16枚のOGP画像一覧を表示するインデックスページを作成
- 403エラー回避のため、静的なスラッグ一覧から生成
