astro.config.mjs, custom.css: サイドバーを4セクションに区切り線で分ける
- astro.config.mjs: トップレベルを、議会での活動（実績・一般質問・委員会・請願）、
立場と発信（私の方針・メディア掲載）、テーマ（ディスレクシアについて・活動を
支えるツール）、その他（ご支援・コンタクト）の順に並べ替えた
- custom.css: セクションの先頭3か所に横線と余白を入れた。nth-child の番号は
astro.config.mjs の並び順に対応する
